The airfare, hotels, Cruise cabins, ferry, cabs, tickets etc included in the itinerary are subject to availability. Tourism Dirham/city tax/ municipal charges etc has to be paid directly at hotel.
Rates are subject to change in case of any changes in airport taxes, hotel rates, transport rates, government taxes, entrance fees, change in Foreign Exchange rates or other reasons.
Rates are not valid during the festivals, fairs, special events, Higher Rates will apply during peak period, blackout dates, Carnival etc.
The above rates are based on number of passengers (As mentioned above) travelling together. Should there be any change in number of passengers, the rates may change accordingly.
This proposal is valid for the said dates/months; prices are subject to change with change in dates.
In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in hotel of similar standard.
The package cannot be combined with any other offer. Refund or cancellation strictly depends upon concerned hotel's/service provider's cancellation policy and Airlines Policy.
Flights, trains, ferries, cruise, cabs etc are regulated by governing authorities of respective countries/organisations. Any changes in their regulation and increase/decrease/changes of costs/status/operation will be advised accordingly and has to borne by the travelers.
International Check in time is 1400 hrs and Check out time is 10AM. Early check-in/ late checkout are subject to availability. Accommodation providers have the right to change their Check in, Check out, Curfew timings
There will be an additional cost for an entire transfer between 23:00 - 07:00 hrs (if not stated inside the package).
"No Show" is subject to Full Booking Charges and there will not be any refund or adjustments of charges. Please note, if the international trip also has domestic flight component, then the domestic flight component will be issued as a separate ticket. If due to domestic flight delay/cancellation/changes/etc you miss your international flight/domestic flight/other travel component/etc then it will not be our responsibility.
Any dispute regarding child age to be settled directly with hotels, property, respective service provider.
Airfare for the child will be as per the age information provided.
Additional usage of vehicle will cost extra charges.
On tour expenses if any will be charged to client directly.
All payments have to be made and realized on or before the due date and always before start of the trip.
In the event of non-payment or non realization of payment by the due date, we will be authorized to release hold bookings.
In the event of non-payment or non realization of payment by the due date, Dream Travels is also authorized to cancel the bookings/tickets etc in order to recover its costs.
All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction.
Grant of visa (if applicable) is at the discretion of the respective consular office/ embassy. We act as an agent for visa submission and collection of documents and is not responsible for grant of visa. The fee submitted for the visa is non-refundable.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, pandemics medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country on their own. All baggages & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.
